Where do I go to register for a course? 

  • Once you have found the course you would like to take, add that course to your course and follow the prompts to complete your course purchase. Upon the completion of your purchase, you will be registered and given access to the course.  

What information is mandatory for me to fill out in my profile? 

  • There are required fields that must be filled out before you can complete a course and receive your certificate: first and last name, email address, state recognized ID, professional license number and your profession. 

Can I change my username? 



I did not receive a confirmation email after creating an account. What do I do now? 

  • If you do not receive an email confirmation after registering, please contact classroom@connectcre.com for assistance. 


Can I register for an account without buying a course? 

  • No, you must first purchase a course and go through the check out process. Part of the purchase process will ask you to create an account with your email and register. 

 How do I change my profile picture? 



How do I change my address? 

  • You can change your address on the Addresses tab of your My Account Page. The My Accounts page can be accessed as soon as you login. If already logged in, please click your circle profile picture in the top right corner of the browser.

What happens if I don’t provide my ID or license number? 

  • If you do not provide an ID or license number at the time of account creation, you will be asked again when you have completed your course. You must provide both your State Recognized ID and your Professional License Number in order to print out your final certificate.
