What are my payment options?

  • Credit Card is our only form of payment currently. The follow credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Maestro credit card. 

Does the website store my credit card information?

  • No, we do not store any credit card data. We use Paypal as our payment gateway, and Paypal does store the credit card information.

Can I print a receipt for my order? 

  • Yes, you may print a receipt for your order. Use your browser settings to select the Print feature. You will also receive a copy of your receipt via the email that you used to register your account. If you are having any difficulty getting a receipt printed, please reach out to our support team. 

How do I use credits to purchase a course?

  • If you are eligible for credit, the Connect Classroom support team will issue you a unique coupon code. On the cart or checkout page, there’s a box where you can enter and apply your coupon code to get a discount off your purchase.  

Where do you use the Coupon Code I get from taking the survey? 

  • To use your coupon code, you must first find the course you wish to purchase. Add that course to your shopping cart, and then proceed to the Checkout page. At the top of the Checkout page will be an option to enter your coupon code. Please see graphic for reference:
