Do my courses expire?
How do I get my certificate of completion?
- After completing the final exam, you will be prompted to confirm your information and license number one more time. This information will then be used to generate your certificate of completion, which will be downloadable upon the submission of your information. It will also be emailed to the email address linked to your Connect Classroom account.
What do I do after I complete my course?
What does ‘entirely online’ mean?
- ‘Entirely online’ means that you can complete Continuing Education courses from start to finish on your laptop or tablet. There is no in-person component to any of the courses and you can complete them anytime, anywhere.
Can I go back and retake a quiz to prepare for the final exam?
- You can go back to review material as well as retake quizzes as many times as you would like to prepare for the final exam. You will not lose course progress if you go back to a previous page.
What if I don’t get a passing grade on the final exam?
- If you do not pass the final exam on your first attempt, you will be allowed to review the course material and then retake the exam. If you do not pass a second time, the course will lock and you will need to contact support about next steps.
