What happens if I fail the course once?

How do I fill out the survey?

When you have completed the final exam and the identification process, you will receive a course completion email. In that email, there will be a link to the course survey.

Where do I find the learners guide?

How do I navigate the course?

How can I tell where I am in the course?

There is no sound when I play a video, what’s happening?

  • If there is no sound on a video, it is possible that the video player is muted. Please check the sound levels of the video player itself, and if that still does not resolve the issue, check that your computer speakers or headphones are at appropriate sound levels.

The video will not let me skip to the end. Is the video player broken?

  •  No, students are unable to skip forward through video content. This ensures that students watch the entire video before moving forward in the course.

A lesson or topic will not allow me to move forward, there is a timer at the bottom that is counting down. What is this?

  • As you open a new topic in the course, a time will be displayed at the bottom of the page. This timer signifies the minimum amount of time a student should spend on a given page. You will not be able to move to a new topic until the timer has run out.
