What if I purchased the wrong course? 

  • If the wrong course is purchased, please contact support immediately. Once your purchase has been verified, you will received a coupon code with which you can make the correct purchase.

What if I purchase the same course twice?

  • You will not be able to purchase the same course twice. Once you have purchased a course, the option to add that same course to cart will now say you have already purchased this course.  

How soon after purchase can I start my course? 

  • You will be given instant access to your course upon purchase, meaning you can start immediately after your purchase is processed.  

How do I access my course after purchase? 

  • Upon purchase, you will be granted access to your course. You will have access for up to one year after the purchase of your course. 

How do I check which courses I have purchased? 

  • You can check what courses you have purchased from your Course Dashboard found on the first tab of your My Account Page. My Accounts page can be accessed as soon as you login. If already logged in, please click your circle profile picture in the top right corner of the browser.

     

Where is my order history? 

  • You can access your order history on the Orders tab of your My Account Page. My Accounts page can be access as soon as you login. If already logged in, please click your circle profile picture in the top right corner of the browser.

How do I print a receipt for my order after my order is completed?

  • After a purchase is made, a copy of your receipt will be emailed to the email address supplied during purchase. If you would like to also print out your receipt at the time of checkout, use your browser print function to print your receipt.
